WHAT TO EXPECT

Example Party Timeline

From booking to breakdown, we make the process smooth, clear, and enjoyable. Here’s exactly how your event day will go when you book with Pick Your Party.

  1. Booking & Customization: 2–4 Weeks Before Event

    To rent our equipment or a mobile bar experience - Call, text, or message us to get a quote & reserve your rental. Bookings are now open for December 2025 events.

  2. Final Confirmation: 3 Days Before Event

    We’ll send you a final confirmation of all details including arrival time, weather plans (if outdoors), and contact info for your setup lead.

  3. Arrival & Setup: 1–2 Hours Before Event

    We arrive on time, set everything up, and make sure it's safe! Mobile bar rentals are fully staffed and serviced by certified food handlers, ensuring top-notch safety and quality at your event!

  4. Takedown & Cleanup: After the Event Ends

    We come back, pick up equipment & leave your space just like we found it.

    Your mobile bar is fully attended by our team throughout the event. When service ends, we take care of the cleanup & package remaining food for you to enjoy later.

OUR LOCATION

Servicing Yuba-Sutter and Sacramento Counties

We offer free delivery within 20 miles of Yuba City, for events outside that radius, a $2.00 per mile travel fee applies. Our team ensures every setup arrives on time, safely and ready to impress. For events located over 60 miles from our base, a $500 minimum booking is required.

Do you deliver and set up everything?
  • Yes — every package includes full setup, styling, and breakdown.

Can I customize a package?
  • Absolutely! We can add or remove equipment to your liking, add theme colors, candy types, signage, and more.

Do you offer staff to run the stands?

Yes! Our Photo booths & Mobile bars include an attendant for the duration of your event. Attendants are available for concessions, Soft play or bounce houses for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?
  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for holidays. But we do except last minute bookings depending on availability.

Can I rent individual items?
